Villa Relais Il Termine is a historic 18th-century Tuscan residence with an adjoining farm, immersed in the pristine nature of Elba Island. The property is rented exclusively to a single familysmall group and does not offer separate rooms. It accommodates a maximum of 12 guests in 6 double bedrooms, ensuring privacy, silence, and absolute freedom.
Surrounded by 50,000 m² of land protected by two gates and an electric fence, the estate extends between woodland and the sea, amidst olive groves, a vegetable garden, fruit trees, and herb gardens, enveloped in the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. The panoramic terraces offer open views of the sea and ideal spaces for moments of contemplation or conviviality.
Interiorly, the villa preserves the authentic charm of Tuscan tradition, combined with contemporary comfort. Guests have access to a fully equipped professional kitchen, ideal for private dining experiences, and an indoor dining room designed for shared lunches and dinners. Bed linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, slippers, and daily housekeeping of rooms and common areas are included, as well as Wi-Fi and private parking.
The relaxation areas in the woods, known as "rooms in the woods," with a heated mini pool and whirlpool, are a space dedicated to wellness and can be reserved separately for those seeking an even more exclusive experience.
For those wishing to enrich their stay with personalized services, Villa Relais Il Termine offers numerous additional experiences upon reservation.
