Plus Florence - Florence

Located a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Train Station, Plus Florence is a hostel offering rooms and dormitories with free WiFi throughout. It is 1 km from Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral.

Each room and dormitory at Plus Florence features a flat-screen TV, lockers and a private bathroom. Some also boast views of the cathedral.

Guests have free use of the fitness area, and during winter they also enjoy an indoor pool. The shared area is equipped with a microwave, fridge and vending machines.

A full English buffet breakfast is available until 11:00 at Plus Florence. The café provides drinks, snacks and ice creams during the day, while the restaurant serves pizza and other Italian dishes at dinner.

Fortezza da Basso exhibition centre is 600 m from the hostel, while Uffizi Gallery is a 12-minute walk away.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.

Please note, the indoor pool are is only available in winter. During summer, an outdoor pool is available.

Guests are required to show a Passport if they are no-EU citizen, or ID if they are EU citizens. Copies or pictures are not allowed for check in

We do not allow pets in our facility, with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired. The choice to limit access to pets, excluding assistance dogs, is based on our commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring a peaceful atmosphere forvisitors.

Pets are allowed at Plus Florence only in private rooms and in accordance with the rules below.

• Access and Booking

Pets are allowed exclusively in the hotel’s private rooms.
Access to shared dormitories and some common areas, such as the shared kitchen and the pool area, is not permitted.
Only small or medium-sized pets are accepted, with a maximum of two per room.

A pet cleaning fee applies per stay.
Guide dogs and service dogs are exempt from additional charges and access restrictions.

• Health Requirements

Pets must be up to date with vaccinations and identifiable by microchip.
At check-in, guests are required to present the pet’s updated health record or vaccination booklet.

• Hygiene and Behaviour

Pets must always be accompanied and under the owner’s control. They may not be left unattended in the room or allowed to roam freely within the property.
Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves inside the building.
Pets are not allowed on beds, armchairs, chairs, or other furniture, and room or bathroom linens must not be used for them.
Washing pets in the accommodation’s bathrooms is not permitted.

• Leash and Muzzle

Dogs must be kept on a leash attimes while in common areas.
Owners must have a muzzle available and use it in situations that could pose potential risk to other guests or animals.

• Responsibility

Owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behaviour and supervision throughout their stay, ensuring that the animal does not cause disturbance, damage, or danger to other guests or staff.
Any damage to persons, property, or other animals is the sole responsibility of the owner.
Management reserves the right to terminate the stay in the event of inappropriate or aggressive behaviour.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
